COVID & AFL 2021
Pretty sure we have removalists in Victoria. They could have handed over at the border.

FIXTURE: Rd 19 vs Gold Coast & Rd 20 vs Bulldogs
I can't imagine the game going ahead in the NT at this rate, question is whether it will even be allowed to proceed in Queensland

COVID & AFL 2021
Geelong footy players are apparently greeted at Perth airport and told to isolate and get tested (as per this thread). Victoria allows removalists from NSW to roam around at their leisure. Why were they even let into the state to begin with? Lockdown the border with NSW so no-one can get in regardless of their occupation. The Vic government already dithered recently leading to our last lockdown, now they'll do it again as the cases rise over the next few days. I am ropeable about it.

OPPOSITION WATCH: What They're Saying at Waverley Park
I love it that I have no idea who that is

How do Bulldogs do it?
He throws his head back though, that's the problem.

How do Bulldogs do it?
The ducking is now a big problem because the AFL didn't have the balls to stamp it out when Selwood started it years ago. Because he got away with it others have now started doing it as a tactic eg Hubter, McLean, Mathieson, Grimes, Spargo. It's not a good look and it's completely the AFL's fault for refusing to knock it on the head in the first place.

Coach with Aging Team Wants Shorter Quarters
They just want shorter games because they spend so much time watching footy most of them probably hate it half the time. Networks would also like shorter games to fit in to 2hr broadcast slots and they could then have back to back games with no overlap.

TICKETING: Rd 18 vs Hawthorn
AFL members got an email yesterday or day before as well, tickets on sale for AFL members 10am tmr same as other weeks so I assume same for all other member categories
-
It’s coming home ...
And then people are incredulous when the players take a knee before the game
-
Anyone else freaked out about the 2021 MCC grand final ticketing arrangements?
You may be surprised od - my cousin and uncle are Richmond members without GF guarantee and they went to both the 2017 and 2019 GF's through the ballot. I think Richmond did preference people who had been members longer so people longer than 10 years got a higher preference. MFC have 50k members but how many are MCC/AFL members who can get a ticket through other means? It's not a guarantee obviously but it doesn't mean there is no chance.

Coach with Aging Team Wants Shorter Quarters
I disagree completely. 16 a side should have happened 10 years ago.
