  1. Sure, these are all fair points. But it's also perfectly legitimate to want to field the best 22 AFL players any given week - Watts probably isn't in that at the moment. I'm certain he will be by 2012, if not next year.
  2. Wow - are you sure you didn't edit that High Tower? A few bold predictions, a lot of Adelaide for premiers, and one had North as wooden spooners? Although...hindsight does have 20/20 vision.
  3. No-one on this forum has written him off. No-one is 'bashing' him. Some people are simply questioning, and rightfully so, the merits of playing him in the senior team ahead of, say, Bate or Miller, and whether he is really up to AFL standard at this moment.
  4. Moloney 50/50 again... Moloney 50/50 for Power clash
  5. Senior List In: McKenzie (rookie promotion), Spencer (rookie promotion), ND pick 16, ND pick 33, ND pick 50 Out: Bell (delist), Miller (delist), Johnson (delist), McNamara (delist), Green (veteran status) Veterans' List In: Green Out: McDonald (retire) Rookie List In: Six picks in Rookie Draft Out: McKenzie (rookie promotion), Spencer (rookie promotion), Healey (delist), Hughes (delist), Meesen (delist), Newton (delist)
  6. What's the point of keeping an injury-riddled ruckman, who has yet to show anything at AFL level, on the off chance that he'll come good in 18 months? If he really gives such great advice, hire him as a coach at Casey...he's had a rotten run and his time is definitely up, but that's just how it goes sometimes.
  7. Sums it up. Best of luck for the future to John.
  8. In: Bell, Newton, Hughes Out: Sylvia, Bruce, Bail But seriously...these are the changes I'd like to see. I know they won't happen. In: Morton, Maric, Tapscott Out: Davey, Bennell, Watts Assuming that Grimes and Moloney aren't ready - anyone know where they're at?
  9. Sigh. I might keep off the predictions for a while
  10. How good was it to see the forward line before the bounce on Sunday? Jurrah, Wonaeamirri, Bennell and Davey all down there...great to see.
  11. Off topic, might want to change your sig...the Hawthorn vs Melbourne elimination final is now in the home and away season, not the finals series.
  12. Gysberts from a 2-3 week to an "indefinite"...
  13. Davey to top the possession count with 34 touches, in a blistering BOG display.
  14. The thing I'm confused about...isn't the whole Richmond cheersquad ALWAYS at the Punt Road End?
  15. IMO a better poll would be the question of: If we were to play in a final next week, would you rather play Miller or Watts?
  16. Another amazing performance from our superstar today
  17. In: Moloney Out: I'll leave that to the selection committee
  18. Not a lot of love for Jonesy...thought he had a great game. 6. Frawley 5. Dunn 4. Jones 3. Davey 2. Jurrah 1. Scully
  19. Unfortunately...Jeff Garlett disagrees. Next week Jordie My prediction - Wona 3 goals
  20. Bit harsh...not like it was a personal attack on the club. Personally, I love the emblem - never have I been more proud of this footy club
  21. Bottom of the article - he's contracted through next year.
  22. Adelaide are out of the hunt....Essendon v Carlton is a far more important game for us. If Hawks and Dons can both get up...top 8 here we come!!
