I particularly like this verification: The guy who runs my sandwich shop is mates with Boomer Harvey who happened to be there yesterday. As I was leaving with my chicken and avo sandwich yesterday we got talking footy as we often do and I mentioned that it looked like Jessie was leaving. Sam checked with Boomer who agreed that that was what he had heard.....take it to the bank and put it on dark rye! This is all happened!

Heard him interviewed on the radio yesterday; pretty clear that he holds little or no affection for the Dees. Talked about how difficult the booing and money bags stunts when he played us was. Feelings mutual. Interestingly he does keep in contact with Max (a little bit)

I like him to be honest, whilst he can come across a trifle pompous he looks at sport differently to many of his contemporaries.

The message from the club is clear; Ticketek have stuffed up and are trying to re-boot their system. Swyl, i reckon I saw Big Maxy play in the first Demons game I attended. What a talented guy: could play footy, could bowl and also watched him calve up NSW as a lower order batsman in a shield final in the early 70s.
