Most players at other clubs I have spoken to (and that is a lot) laugh at Melbourne - their lack of fight, hardness, commitment etc. Must be something to it, we have had no leadership since Neitz, 12 CEOs in 10 years, crap on-field for the last 6 and we can't develop players. It's not pretty.

I don't want to believe this stuff but honestly if you look at the performance on field and their intensity, spreading, running to help a team-mate, commitment to tackling and even running up to a player and patting em on the bum when they have done something good then it is totally believable. The thing is why anyone at the club wouldn't have the balls to pull em back into line?? Anything is believable if you look at on-field performance and inability to develop players..

We have the lowest i50 of any team in the comp. As well as that our delivery is shiite. Exactly how are we going to get it to this new aggressive big forward we are targeting, We need quality mids and plenty of em. We don't have one elite mid. FFS even Richmond have two.

McKenzie in a good team would be a highly valued player. In our team we see the value in him but he is frustratingly limited in what he can do. And we can't afford that, we have too many limited players as it stands.
