Davey seems to have been the centre of no end of trouble this year. Maybe unfairly. But where there is smoke...... Certainly looks like he sooked it big time with Neeld. Looks to have been unhappy for a long time. And yes he was supposed to have been the leader of the brothers. And TWO of them have walked this year.

The way we have treated LJ with kid gloves is the real story here. He injured himself (wrist) in Rd 20 last year wasn't fit enough to play and requested another game at Casey. FInally played rd 11 and injured himself. We let him go home to NT and he wasn't sanctioned despite being out drinking during rehab and getting into appalling trouble with a machete (allegedly). The club needs to weed out this soft c*** approach. Its truly pathetic. People like Jurrah and even Moloney who don't want to be here should get TF out now, We don't want em. The club needs to start getting tough.

Here is a better example of what we should be doing from Jeremy Howe. If you want to be a professional club it has to cut through all levels of the club including media performance. Every year we come out and lose virtually every practice match and play like shiite. Everyone says 'ITS ONLY PRACTICE' but we are practicising to play like shiite. And we go into the season with zero momentum. We haven't won a 1st round game since 2000 and F**** 5 Next year I wanna see fire and I wanna see hardness and I want to see desire and effort. I can't watch any more of this crap.

Keeping mediocrity is NOT the way to improve.
