Well i'll put my hand up and say that I was the first one to question/slam Daniel Bell and Miller. I also always had faith in Frawley when others had partially given up. I had always rated petterd as our best youngster (and so far he has shown he is very close to that) when people were saying that if we lost him to the gold coast he was no big loss :S. I've only ever been proven once and that was with Garland. I thought he was a hack, but he did some good things last year. Anyway, add Dunn to my resume

I've always said that he has something to offer our football club, yet most people on this site wanted him delisted at the end of the year for no apparent reason. I told you so. Dunn is in our best 22 and should have never been dropped. Whenever Dunn plays he hits the scoreboard. Another 2 goals today and named in the best. All of those people who think he had nothing to offer this club take a good hard look at yourself (90% of ppl on this site). How would you feel if we beat North and Fremantle and ended up on 5 wins? I personally would be livid and would never ever forgive the club for putting our future in jeopardy by winning pointless games. But I understand that some supporters believe that a winning culture is more important that getting talented draft picks. What's your stance?

dunn is just an example of why newton should be in the team. You've been calling for Dunns delisting when he clearly is in our best 18. He finally get s a chance and he is playing some good footy, and kicking goals...something Dunn is programmed to do. He kicks a goal or more in every game. He is one of a few that has aggression, foot skills and goal scoring abilities. If Newton gets a chance he will show you wrong just like Dunn has. And Jaded, I know your type. You base your opinion based on where a player went in the draft. 'Oh yeh watts will be a gun PURELY based on the fact he was a top pick'. Maybe go down to casey and watch him live...i've seen him play every reserve game, every casey senior game and every melbourne game. If you didn't know he was a top pick you wouldnt even notice him

most over-rated player in the last 10 years. Averaged 15 touches over his career which is not enough. Would go missing for 3 quarters of a game. Yeh, he ran the lines but he obviously never had the tank to go into the midfield and we dont need another half back flanker.

i rest my case. Even when Watts had back to back 22 possession games, he still didn't deserve a debut. They were 22 of the most unassuming touches. If watts plays, it will be for tanking purposes.

coz it was laughable that he debuted ahead of newton. if you're going on vfl form alone, newton averaged stacks more contested marks, kicked stacks more goals and laid stacks more tackles. If we were in a grand final tomorrow, I believe Watts is probably the worst on our whole list, bar rookies. And even then hughes and McKenzie are better. nothing against watts, as i'm sure he will be good in 5 years, but for now he is utterly useless
