why did u do Cale mortons weight after he'd done some pre-seasons. when we drafted him he was 192cm, 75kg. And don't forget he has grown 2cm apparently Mitch morton when drafted he was 184cm 74kg. so he was mucccccch more stocky

oh really.you think we would have picked Watts over Naitanui if Naitanui was a Victorian? i believe we wouldn't. to think that clubs like West Coast and fremantle don't take into consideration the origin of the player is just naive. Players leaving after a few years or going back home is something that they don't want to face. jack grimes is being labelled a future captain simply because he was the northern knights and vic metro captain and given a leadership award. he has to produce regularly on field though and fix his kicking up a tad. Watts, Mclean, Green, Bruce, Grimes, Jones, Moloney, Miller, Davey and Sylvia have all been mentioned as future captains. It seems fashionable these days to label a young player as a future captain. they cant all be captain

look at riewoldt, pavlich and jonathan brown. they NEVER take their eyes off the footy when marking. anyway, i know longer respect the draft camp results. Watts over 20metres is meant to be quicker than Aaron Davey and Lovett for Gods sake. But he simply looks average speed. And he doesnt look 196cm either. Franklin looks 196cm, Watts looks about 192cm. I think he will be good but yeh slightly disappointed that he hasnt shown his speed. Speed is something that is unaffected by your experience. If you're fast you look it from day 1.

liberatore also made it as a player at 170cm. would i use a pick 2 on him? no. but go ahead, just because other players have made it at that height doesnt mean its not a dodgy height

who cares about west coast though. sure it would be great to have pick 1 and 2. but i would still be over the fricken moon if we got pick 1 and 3, or 2 and 4. lets not get selfish now. 2 picks in the top 5 would be awesome, scully or no scully
