No...not a rebuild per se A re-evaluation and some serious , serious thinking. I cant helpbut think had Neeld been availbale for consultationa bit more than Jonhnny onthe scene lately re last trade and draft then it might have panned a little differently. I fervently expect next 'years end" to be radically different in approach. There is only so much you can accomplish when you get there just before midnight !! There are players amongst our midst who in all reality are here on false pretence. All fluster, little delivery, yet loud brouhaha.. i sense Neeld knows this, breathes it. It wont happen overnight but there's still 'pruning' to do.

Horticulturally a very beautiful plant is the Rose. Esthetically , aromatically , its lovely. And yet how do you care for this flower.. you tend to prune it within inches of its life. You get a bit drutal with the snips. You cut away anything and EVERYTHING that isnt required in order for the core plant to bloom. Got the feeling the list will be "looked after" by Mark the Gardener !!!

I agree... the dog ( media ) has a bone to play with, and play , and bury , and dig up and play they will. im sure there is an internalisation of this also at the club. I can only envisage players being 'counseled' in protocols and grievance/outcomes/resolution etc. This will take the form of a door !!

If Daveys form/slump warrants a jog in the Magoos I reckon that exactly what Neeld will do. Neeld is NOT about to let outsiders tel lhim what he does or doesnt do. . I would imagine he would use the opportunity to ram this very point home.

Probably wont affect the Perth result as you suggest but we ( as a club) need to wrest control away frombeiing intimidated by outside interests. Id ( as a club ) say exactly that/this. Aaron hasnt been picked to play this week purely on form. We as a club support him as a player as we do allour players but we will not be dictated to or governed by the populace. Form is form, selection is selection. etc etc. We should not shirk this but come out on the front foot and set the agenda according to our view of things.

Hands up those who believe there is indeed a bunch of players at Melbourne who got one hell of a rude shock when Mark came to town. And that some of these same said bunch got their noses well and truly out of place. Ive got my hand in the air Hands up any who suspect Aaron was /is amongst them.... Mines still up I suspect Daveys' not entirely a happy lad. Such is life

The MFC must go to pains to continue to clarify that there is none and will be no corelation between events surrounding Davey On the field and events OFF the field. Teams are selected on the basis of form ( and fit ) ...and this only

One could almost be forgiven for thinking the AFL doesnt really like this NEW "MFC" as much as the old one. . That weak bag of jelly that once masqueraded as a club now has people who stand for something and at the same time wont stand for any more nonsense eminating from Vlads dark Tower. Id be very surprised if Vlad would want to lose this little fraccas !!

People.... dont forget the the AFL's creed. Do as we say, not as we do !! It may well be called Australian Rules Football but the rules dont apply to the AFL

I love this... I love that Vlad and his cronnies are on their backfeet. I love that the AFL ought not have dissed us. I love that we arent taking sh!t. I love that this is news. I love that this club has finally grown some go DEES !!!
