Quite simply those that dont want to buy into the 'new regime' can leave and we will buy into new committed players ( and staff) who will. Neeld( MFC ) arent at the end of a rebirth....they are at the start of it.

I think Neeld ( MFC ) have done the right thing and called all to task.. Next the club needs to ask for 'something' more than an apology... possibly a head on a platter, that will do , for now !! We wont be kicking practice anymore

I must 'fess I saw something during Sat's game I never thought Id witness.. Davey getting chased down and caught. Sad. doesnt bode well. Seems a very pedestrian shadow of his one former greatness. Hope it was just an anomaly.

I think Stef , for one IS coming along quite well with his marking . Showed a pretty good pair of mits on theweekend when many were dropping anything and everything. He seems noticably bigger ( stronger) this year. Be interesting to watch in 2012

There wasnt much to cheer about on Sat but I was trmendously enthused by this bloke. He CAN play footy. A bonus.. he CAN actually KICK a footy too, how novel !! He seems very efficient with ball and a no nonsense type. Can we get a couple more like him please...... pretty please Well done on debut James. Probablyone of the few who can be excused not to hang their head in shame.

I for one wouldnt mind knowing what is is. Damned if I saw anything to rave about on Sat. He wasnt aone but he was costly.

I sense there is far too much chance of you being correct Old (I take heart that over the last couple of years ol Beamer has changed ( or at least mollified ) his one trick style play intomaybe a two trick game. He DOES now look pand downand around before blatantly unloading. He doesnt try to stand EVERY pack. But he still plays a littel too one dimensionally for what is looming as a multi faceted style gameplan under Neeld.There is NO question to loayalty, none to heart nor bravery but smarts (footy ) may not be a lay down misere here. Hes more than capable but will need to grow his game to remain relevent to any plans for 2013 onwards. Quite simply Melbourns has changed from 2011 where he had a definite role. New broom etc

Beamer is rapidly scurrying down a path to become one of our Yesterday Men. I hope this doesnt occur as we need his tenaciousnous and singular view to attack. However the game Neeld want to employ is a bit more than that .. Beamers a bang crask kick style player but thats a very gung ho approach and is not often all that accountable. Accountability is everything Neelds brand of footy is about. Brent...do you want to still play for Melbourne ?? Adapt........or th door, there is no middle. Understand that and pour your enthusiasm and love for the jumper into that.

Im not sure ol Barty has in within him to be cleverer than his opponents and best them. Tagging needs a player to understand which way they will zig or zag and cover them. Saturday was a classic example of how he is constantly outplayed. I dont suggest he lacks endeavour, just smarts/ability.

I used to quite like Thomas, saw his appoach as a fresh style combined with a candid nature tosay what ought to be said. I was simply wrong.. Hes nothing much more than an unsuccessful coach who still seems to have issues. in a word...hes a [censored] !!

Heres food for thought. Though he palyed a very ordinary game , vastly below ability he was still one of the few to be able to move with any flair and aplomb. Quite simply in a few efforts he still showed up quite a few of his team mates. ..In all it says a lot about everything.

Think Ill refrain from either castignation of resignation until I see the direction of retribution exercised on the team this coming week. Im still numb..
