  1. Well that’s how you kill a season
  2. We look completely flat If we can’t beat a severely undermanned Swans we don’t deserve finals footy
  3. We have been consistently second to the ball
  4. skinnier grounds suit us as it helps our zone
  5. it's very strange to have the expectation that we WILL win if we don't there's gonna be hell to pay
  6. no, the afl have put in a bye for this exact reason expect that whoever draws meth coke if they finish 5 or 6 will be hubbing in wa for two weeks before playing
  7. they brought in ex-bear lewis taylor as a small pressure forward
  8. not a huge fan of the changes but as long as we win, that's the priority
  9. i could definitely see rawlings being like hinkley or fagan and serving a longer apprenticeship but being very well prepared as a result
  10. once again, i for one welcome our new lizard overlords these changes are...intriguing all on anb to provide any forward pressure; how many weeks will they give him if he accidentally knocks someone out this week?
  11. he basically replaces fritsch for mine, but whether we could make that work is another matter does it mean fritsch plays further up the field, challenging melksham for his role, if we were to bring in gunston? i'm not opposed to it, but not sure how it necessarily adds something to our side, just an upgrade for an older player
  12. nah, one of our future third's for gunston - i believe we might have two in the 2021 draft? he's turning 30 next year and while he's still a good player he ain't worth a high second round pick i don't think
  13. this is from two years ago: Jeff White's son Kalani, 11, is another the club is keeping an eye on while he plays his footy for Surfers Paradise in Queensland. White also has twin sons named Kai and Tahj, still only seven years old. Adem Yze's son Noah, 12, Aaron Davey's son Marley, 8, David Schwartz' son Cooper, 14 and Shane Woewodin's son Taj, 15, are others on the Demons' radar, although admittedly they are all very young. Defender Nathan Brown also has three sons – Kynan, 13, Jake, 11, a talented soccer player, and Ryder, 9.
  14. this will mean they can't make finals if they lose this?
  15. Andy McGrath gone - ankle knack
  16. freo-bound if he's any good
  17. that adelaide oval coach's box is gonna get fully clarko'd
  18. i saw that on reddit re bruce too! you almost couldn't believe it was true, could you?
  19. from what i understand he's pretty focused on high jump and has olympic aspirations
  20. definite 'yes' to polec, and 'maybe' to the others what's finlayson like once the ball hits the ground?
  21. Yep, if he is any good you’d hope we’d be keen
  22. i thought it was a two year deal?
  23. if we do qualify for a 'home' elimination final, i wonder what ground we'll nominate - gabba or gold coast? i get the impression the latter might suit us slightly more?
  24. direct swap for andrew?
  25. the only consistent theme in jack watts' entire afl career is that he's been dropped to the vfl / sanfl by every single coach he's had
