Geelong to be fined over 3rd party payments
we actually don't in comparison with other clubs jake niall's series of articles for ninefax about the heavy hitters and big money movers and shakers at other clubs as well as ours was eye-opening - our supporters don't stay wealthy by giving away their money compared to the likes of peptides, the filth, or even footscray, let alone the baggers

Luke Jackson back to Victoria?
billy stretch was another player whose application of effort to the 'little things' was superb i think that it's fair to say it requires more than just that to convert the desire and want to be an afl player to actually, well, actually making it as an afl player

Luke Jackson back to Victoria?
cos you'll always gotta throw an 'extras' in - like how flagmantle supporters thought they were going to get koz for two first rounders + wafl-level player (i.e. there's little doubt that the deal won't happen, or at least not for that 'value')

KOZZY A DEMON FOR LIFE!!!

2025 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
shift their payments to asa components, and promote gold coast as a 'destination' they're certainly going to want to trade 'out' of their top pick in 2025, if not 2026, plus the longer it goes the more likely it is that matt rowell is on his way to the puddy tatts or the filth

KOZZY A DEMON FOR LIFE!!!
i think it's fairly well known that these contract estimates are just that - wild estimates i remember gus and gawny used to just laugh at the estimates that the little paper would run with; always said 'i wish i was earning that!' i think there's a big difference between 'capacity to earn' and 'actually earn'

Congratulations Daisy Pearce - Inducted into AFL Hall of Fame.
fabulous that she and erin phillips were straight in, and together in the same year it really does feel like they were the doyens of aflw, and daisy's hall of fame elevation were much-deserved

watts - 161 goals from 250 scoring shots; 64.4% fritsch - 266 from 427 shots; 62.2% still know who i'd take...
-
Forward line fix?
i'll take these three who lined up for on monday: fritsch - 161 games with 55% winning ratio, and 266 goals van rooyen - 48 games with 52% winning ratio, and 62 goals melksham - 238 games (124 games for the mfc) with 52% winning ratio, with 199 goals (127 for the mfc) across the course of his career, jack watts finished with 174 games with 33% winning ratio, 161 goals watts was a patchy footballer who never worked hard because he wasn't made to work hard; he got by on natural talent and very little application
