  1. current one is excellent schwab's monstrosity was horrific
  2. makes trading out of it to bring in lindsay all the more reasonable especially if kalani white and toby sinnema become part of the crop of 'compromised' first rounders that we have (albeit diluted) discounted access to select
  3. crom the only team not to be suffering from a spate of injuries currently; burgess effect after two or three pre-seasons in charge
  4. ash from gw$ doing the ol' reacharound to clutch his hamstring... something something summer footy something DUMB
  5. mcgovern got the nickname when he was so fat when he got to the baggers his # 11 guernsey looked like # ( ) footscray lose bontempelli - out for 6 weeks with a calf something something football in summer is a something something TERRIBLE IDEA
  6. brackets from the baggers has torn his string, methinks it's almost like playing footy in summer is a terrible idea
  7. gw$ looking very ordinary vs the baggers currently
  8. i think the retro m red clash guernsey is only being worn for the preseason, isn't it? the colour tv royal blue remains our clash top?
  9. agreed jefferson is just not strong enough in the contest as yet good skills from the looks of things, but that's only half the role of a key forward
  10. that might stop the noise for a bit, hopefully, or at least it will mean that any further noise gets the caveat that "demons' president said 2-3 first round picks or no deal" attached to it
  11. They’ve gone from something like 3rd youngest list to 8th oldest in one off-season Finals or bust for Nicks
  12. starcevich out of the opening northern states round with concussion
  13. doesn't hurt to try something different
  14. more rotations seems to be the name of the game - less predictable
  15. in #28 - clearly a lesser player than he was in #30 for the red and blue
  16. gone, ya saying? crom in 2026 - anb already there, waiting to be his vice-captain
  17. that's in the eating or, in culley's case, in the performing?
  18. daz n now having a solid sook about piracy of the epl, following them taking the french and italians to court over their apathy towards streaming piracy https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6161947/2025/02/26/sports-streaming-piracy-premier-league/ The main problem in the UK, Herm said, is not illegal streams but ‘jailbroken Fire Sticks’, which are smart TV devices that have been modified so they give users access to premium channels for free. “The Amazon FireStick is a big problem here,” said Herm. “We think it accounts for about half of the piracy in the UK. “People think that because it’s a legitimate brand, it must be OK. So they give their credit card details to criminal gangs. Amazon is not engaging with us as much as we’d like.”
  19. i maintain it takes at least two pre-seasons and one in-season to adopt to any new club's systems i'm confident billings will be a good player for us in 2025 and beyond mcadam's situation is very disappointing; 2026 will be a long time to wait to get a clean 'run' at it
  20. all the talk is that he'll play inside, to give us some speed around the stoppages - alike to butters, naicos etc. we tried last season to have salem around stoppages to give us a better ball user out of packs and i think it lasted about three weeks before he was stationed back on the flank let's see how long #positivelingers lasts on-ball
  21. XX instead
  22. jai culley is bont 2.0?
  23. i don't wish success for carlton; they'd love him too he's the sort of modern small forward every team would like to have, although we're yet to see whether he's got the defensive intensity required to match the likes of pickett etc. he certainly knows where the goals are - weightman-alike in that he's clearly good in the air and at ground level
  24. just another yellowjackets knock off
  25. paul marsh from the aflpa was on one of the sen shows and said it's not any higher / lower than any other year sure doesn't feel like it
