  1. Would have been a great one to be at for what it's worth. Biggest attendance ever. Wise advance you were given SWYL.
  2. Yep, there's a number of things Brown could have said. "He might be embarrassed seeing himself on the footage" etc
  3. Sounds like it's blowing a gale
  4. Shameless. "Its his first game no wonder I'm excited!"
  5. Nice name drop commentator
  6. There's never any point asking me whether I'd prefer pain or happiness for Collingwood. Give me a Carlton win with a terrible free kick in the square to win after they've bashed each other up and then we'll dust off the 1970 GF DVD for dessert that evening.
  7. Come on boys get that first on the board.
  8. Yeah less unnecessary standing on that foot please.
  9. He's been injured most of the season. I personally think he's got great attributes and was stoked that he fell to us in the draft. Sure he's not proven yet but I'm excited with what I'm seeing so far.
  10. I'm gonna tip those twats. As for Collingwood I just want them to go back to hubcap land.
  11. Such a fan of Turner. Just looks like a natural.
  12. Gee hairs standing on end
  13. Didn't back down when Zorko got stuck in either. Loved that we were up for the fight
  14. How often has Brown been able to actually lead to the ball carrier like that? If we get that happening enough there will be no issues with him getting more looks at goal.
  15. About time, probably should have been first thing this morning but at least it's here.
  16. Clunk a mark Weid
  17. Wouldn't be surprised at all. Who would have thought guys paid to do this job could come up with this? Binman said a few weeks ago that we took Collingwood by surprise with the way we came out in that game and in all seriousness had we nailed some more of our chances then that game could easily have gone the way of this one as well. I think there is something to all of this, which is why I have just the slightest reservations on Geelong at the moment, I feel they haven't just shown their hand but they've had a flush and the whole table knows about it. Brisbane were not great but we never allowed them to be at all. Those things that we always complain about when we lose like not closing down the corridor, not allowing the switch? It gets easy to overlook those efforts in a win but this is precisely what happened. Every time they looked inboard they were stuffed, every time they wanted to move quick from the back they couldn't. All exits were completely closed off. It reminded me a bit of, well, any game we played like this last season but the game that came to mind first was the Dogs one on Fri night at Marvel. The ground felt very small for the Lions. Chris Fagan sounded like they had done some serious homework on our gameplan and how we approach Neale in his pre game interview, he sounded very confident. Poor bloke had no idea what was coming next and yet again was outclassed. It has been so refreshing supporting a club that coaching wise is one step ahead of the opposition. Goody's matchday coaching be be questionable at times but his through the week and preparation I feel is top notch.
  18. He's looking like a drifter that was born to walk alone right now.
  19. The filth are already low, it's not hard.
  20. Well at least there's good sample data on the last time they played a final there!
  21. The irony is that after all the Entrecote stuff, moments like this can unite the group stronger than ever before.
  22. Yeah just on that, our team was anything but selfish last night. I honestly felt like we chose the best option every single time. Crazy how it all just cane together.
  23. Great day to kick the footy at Half time.
  24. Joeboy: Couldn't be more stellar. That's 4 words, I don't care.
