  1. Great post Gonzo.
  2. I'm good with all 3. They can easily turn into quality performers. Good job guys
  3. Gee he must really love the Dees.
  4. If you love footy, you just love watchig this guy. He's gonna be the ultimate metres gained player.
  5. I'll take the new ball. What does 'forgetting how to win' even mean? These guys train from Summer untill now but it's all moot? We can talk about how the game style has started to take shape (Which I agree with) but psychologically the problems have been exactly the same all season reverting back to old habits when the pressure gets dialed up. Perhaps change is going to be a welcome thing.
  6. Good job Joeboy. Time for a much earned rest.

Don't do it to yourselves guys...
  8. Collingwood could have been 7 losses in a row coming into this and I still wouldn't have had an ounce of confidence.
  9. Scum will do things like that
  10. While people might not get the anger, I dont get the instant relief. We had a real chance to fix up this mob and simply stopped running. This wasn't like any other fall away loss for me, this could have easily been like the Brisbane game again. We failed to capitalise and reverted to long hack shots that did nothing for the scoreboard. I'm far less bullish than some about our chances in 26. Even wooden spoon teams occasionally put up performances like these. The age old "If we play footy like that every week you'll see more wins" jargon doesn't wash for one tenth of a second. This team has talent but there are literally holes on every line now. Cant clunk a forward 50 mark, struggle to kick into 50 and our full back would rather be at the beach. We are a long way off finals, we are not good enough. We've forgotten how to win, whatever that means. New coach has serious work cut out for him. If the football department isn't changing much then I'm not expecting much.
  11. We've been their little bunny rabbits since 2023 and long before that to be honest. No amount of hating the filth or 'that thug Maynard' will change that. Let's just accept the losers that we are and that if nothing changes, nothing changes.
  12. Oliver Gawn Langford Rivers Salem Fritsch
  13. I fell for it. Even at 3QT I was level headed. Even said Collingwood were still favourites, I would have been laughed out of the building if we were in one. Trac kicks that goal and I couldn't help it. My mind was already repeating the line: "That was for 2017..." We make one error in the middle and the pendulum swung dramatically, to the point we all of us would have paid $100 for a goal. You cannot, repeat cannot turn the ball over in the centre square against this mob. To see 5 Collingwood players ahead of the ball was soul destroying but also the fact that we simply don't run with oppositions anymore and two way running is dead in our side. The bathwater drinking days are over.
