I am really glad this has happened, after last year it is exactly what was needed. The Football Department look each other in the eyes and lay it all out in front of everyone, every one gets a chance to have their say. Last year we sporadically played some good games, but the team wasn’t playing as one. Players were trying, but they were playing as 22 individuals A few things need to go our way this year, a few players need to “Step up and improve” and play that way each week If the attitude is Team Oriented and they really meant it. we have the Talent to be a serious contender Fritsch and JVR need to be the core of a cohesive forward line, for starters. The Players have to be hard on themselves (walk the talk)
