This is a great appointment. It’s all about getting in the “zone” Mind and Body working in unison, almost to the point where the play just happens. Motor Racing drivers are a great example, when the reaction time is fully on, the car almost drives itself. In ‘21 the Football Department looked to be in the “zone” most of the year…

Mate i grew up with loads of Jewish mates who either went to Mt Scopus or were kicked out of there and came to my school (St Leonards) i am not saying anything other than business. i also worked in Elsternwick and Balaclava for over 30 years, ate Bagels at Glick’s and Cakes from Aviv so what you are inferring is wrong, but i am concerned for the MFC if they move to Caulfield under these circumstances long term, because i believe we will lose out.

Not at all. But Schools expand and Scopus is a very prestigious school that will always have funds available to do what they want. As they move in, they will get Council representation.

Mt Scopus will get exactly what they want and if that encroaches on the MFC over time, we will suffer
