2025 Ladder Predictor
I think Goodwin will be Adelaide’s next coach, but let’s see how ‘25 pans out

2025 Ladder Predictor
Goodwin will be back in Adelaide if that scenario is anywhere near correct

2024 AGM
Most of it comes from Player Management. They hear most things very quickly….

"We aren't great at any phase of the game"
We have been unwatchable many times during 23/24 Seasons. I know this because i was the one who turned the TV off Each week “connection” was talked about by the coach in the aftermatch. But each week we played the same style… Kicking to a congested Forward Pocket

Compliments of the Season
It’s that day of the year when a glass of Champagne for Breakfast is completely acceptable and encouraged. May we chase Number 14 very seriously in 2025….

Supporters and unrealistic expectations
It’s a beautiful thing when Spurs lose.. Ange is far too good for that Rabble

"We aren't great at any phase of the game"
It’s very encouraging that the Club has fessed up on many levels that 2023-24 were just not acceptable I wish things had happened earlier, but they are certainly happening now It will be a very different Team in 2025

Welcome to Demonland: Ben Crowe
This is a great appointment. It’s all about getting in the “zone” Mind and Body working in unison, almost to the point where the play just happens. Motor Racing drivers are a great example, when the reaction time is fully on, the car almost drives itself. In ‘21 the Football Department looked to be in the “zone” most of the year…

From the vault
You need a good quality Analog/Digital converter as a bridge between the two to get a quality conversion ( hopefully the VHS is still running at the right speed)

2024 AGM
I managed 12 minutes of that Q & A. The first question was bad enough, but i thought it might improve. It didn’t. How about “How’s the vibe in the Football Department since Chunk returned? How is the forward connection changing with Chaplin now in charge of the forwards?

Melbourne vs Collingwood
I feel a bit strange today…. One of my best and oldest mates, his Cousin just became the New Filth President…. We must beat them on a regular basis 😈👺👹👿

PRESEASON TRAINING: Saturday 14th December 2024
You have had your days of Glory Crompton!! In 2021 we were the fittest list in the AFL, i want to see that again. Scoring solidly in the last quarter.

PRESEASON TRAINING: Saturday 14th December 2024
Tracc has one of the most defined Six Pack, all our players should aspire to his level. Top 4 Finish should be the serious goal of Season ‘25

PRESEASON TRAINING: Saturday 14th December 2024
Totally Agree. Time will give the answer, but i have always believed that what Tracc did this year was “Shake the Tree”

85-156 is an appalling record We must inflict pain upon this obhorrent organisation for decades….

Training Ground?
Mate i grew up with loads of Jewish mates who either went to Mt Scopus or were kicked out of there and came to my school (St Leonards) i am not saying anything other than business. i also worked in Elsternwick and Balaclava for over 30 years, ate Bagels at Glick’s and Cakes from Aviv so what you are inferring is wrong, but i am concerned for the MFC if they move to Caulfield under these circumstances long term, because i believe we will lose out.
-
Training Ground?
Really? I call it careful long term Business planning
-
Training Ground?
Not at all. But Schools expand and Scopus is a very prestigious school that will always have funds available to do what they want. As they move in, they will get Council representation.
-
Training Ground?
This may be a current agreement, but do you trust it long term? I am concerned
-
Training Ground?
This is the crux of course. I don’t think they would commit to such a huge project if they had to borrow substantially. $195 Million for the soil is mind boggling for a school campus
-
Training Ground?
Mt Scopus will get exactly what they want and if that encroaches on the MFC over time, we will suffer
-
Training Ground?
In simple terms, they have access to the necessary funds…
