Greater Western Sydney (a dynasty to rival the Hawks)

To be fair to the yellow sash trash, they won 1 final in 2001, so it's even Stephen. -

I prefer GWS winning a flag than most every Victorian side and West Coast. -

After Geelong beat us they had a couple of poor losses against Hawthorn and North. After the North loss, and on the same day we lost a squeaker to Port, the Cats beat Richmond by about 250 goals. That was the day the announced they meant business. -
Any idea how Jayden Hunt's stats rank against that list?

Showed Connolly's comment on Classified. Looked a bit like he was mucking around, but it was hard to tell for sure since the lead-in was edited out. Caro said Jako was "over the top" and the other 3 were laughing.
-
If all Connolly did was criticise an AA omission Jakovich's reply was completely over the top. CC is perfectly entitled to make such a criticism, after all, that's pretty much what every footy fan in Australia has done since last week. Jako must have a thin skin. No doubt he's aware that while he was a gun player, he's only a commentator because he was a gun player. Nothing he's ever said proves him to be anything other than your token jock. If Connolly said anything more, Jako was probably still OTT, but it's hard to see CC having a similarly caustic cut at Jako.

I don't know if Chris Connolly has said anything about Glen Jakovich, but Glen Jakovich has said something about Chris Connolly (and the Demons). Eagles legend Glen Jakovich hits out in scathing attack on Chris Connolly

How'd the other 41 players go?

Choco was "development coach" at Richmond. How did that work out?

I dont think Brisbane would be given pick one. They would most probably be given a pick at the end of round one, or less likely, a pick after their first pick.
-
The AFL has explicitly stated that clubs must get their houses in order before priority picks are even considered. Has Brisbane got its house in order?

I bet Roos knew Frawley was leaving. That's why he played him up forward. -

Purely hypothetical. Keefe and Thomas test positive for PEDs after taking party drugs laced with Clenbuterol. (That's not the hypothetical part.) Whitfield panics because his dealer is the same dealer. Gubby keeps quiet. Girlfriend dobs. We're off and running. Whitewash.

Gonz, old boy, I trust you went to a proper school.

Scott Thompson - Would we welcome him back?

Left and cost us a flag in 2005 and maybe 2006. -
Since he loves a big grab: The Pedoflier.

Tunnel-ball deserves a grand final showcase.

The trouble with trading established players for O'Meara is that few clubs would want to lose the calibre of player who would warrant a trade. It will have to be a good player(s) and a high pick(s). Like the Judd trade.

Early this year saw him classed as 'A grade". I laughed.

Nathan Jones being put in a headlock then being pinged for holding the ball, right in front of the umpire, didn't do my blood pressure any favours. Sure, he jumped on the ball, but he still has to be legally tackled. Umpire must have been too keen to make a statement vis-a-vis a holding call, which blinded him to the rules.

Will making the 2016 finals hinder our prep for 2017 season?

Not any more. -
I don't want to say I told you so, so get stuffed.
