its not that i think Warnock is a dud, i just see a bigger upside in Martin. When he did play in the backline he played some great games, but the club from what i can see wanted him to plug holes in other parts of the ground(Ruck,KPF)that he cant play, so people think he is a spud. Yesterday we were undersized in the backline and that also really showed out against geelong. Martin adds two things that we need in our backline, size and speed. p.s. i still like matty warock.

Agree with very thing you have said here mate and think he has a lot more upside then Warnock or Rivers( bigger,quicker,younger) as long as he does kick it!

Rivers was in my three worst on the ground on Saturday, he was continually lead to the ball and when he did get off his man to fly for the high ball he dropped it!!! i would rather have Martin in defense then rivers, as he is very quick and did show a bit when he played there.
