Farewell Jesse Hogan
So if you were one of them you would ask to be traded.

Farewell Jesse Hogan
One thing we know is that players get injuries. I think all of Tom, Jesse and Sam missed games this year. I would rather have 3 good key forwards than 2. One can always play in another position if need be.

Farewell Jesse Hogan
And there is nothing wrong or stupid in discussing that on a fan forum.

Farewell Jesse Hogan
According to Jon Ralph who spoke to Jesse’s Manager, he is going nowhere. Loves the club and players, just got his licence and happier than he has ever been in Melbourne. Think we can put speculation to bed .

Camp wars
We don’t do camp, cop crap in the media and make finals. Crows do camp, get better run in media initially but now copping it, miss finals. Now let me think, go to camp or don’t. PS. Tex to Lever, “you are taking the money and missing finals”. No Tex, getting both, other than injury which caused inability to play in finals. Bonus for Lever gets to play at a stable club in his home state other than one interstate that is disintegrating from within.

Changes v Geelong - Elimination Final
Well I will change my wording to can’t see them “playing”Tyson against the Cats. However, as you said if he is 100% they will play him. I don’t think he will be. Hope I am wrong as he has found his form again.

Changes v Geelong - Elimination Final
Thought Spargo was down for a couple of weeks but lifted this week and played well. He is going nowhere. Agree on the ins, Viney and Hannan. Can't see them risking Tyson and JKH who played ok will stay. If we win,Tyson may press for a return.

Eagles offered him 6 years at $850k a year and North 7 years at $1.2m a year. If we were in the game, we would have to offer at least 6 years at $1m a year. That would be a $2.4m difference or about $1.2m after Tax give or take.

Who do we realistically target for a trade?
That's because not too many clubs move.

Jimmy Toumpas
I think most just vent over missed opportunities and really they are blaming the recruiters, not the recruits.

Farewell Jesse Hogan
Best post on the thread.

He is clearly waiting until Eagles season is over. If figures reported/mentioned are true, he would be sacrificing about $3m-$3.5m to play with us. Can't see that happening.

HATCH MATCH & DESPATCH 2018
Hugh Goddard delisted by Saints. I really thought this guy was going to be a very good player, but was cruelled by injuries. Think he will be picked up by another club.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHARLIE SPARGO
Found that surprising, considering he seemed to have as good a game as a couple of nominees, if not better, on a few occasions.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHARLIE SPARGO
Petracca is building. Could have had 5-6 on sunday. Panicked after his first miss with that play on kick. It is only a matter of time until he kills a game and absolutely dominates.

HATCH MATCH & DESPATCH 2018
Talk is that PP's will be after first round. That wouldn't do it for McGovern.
-
Mitch McGovern
Maybe, but Fogarty and Lukosius will be their key forwards for years to come, if they can get him.
-
Mitch McGovern
Crows apparently are happy to trade him. They want Lukosius.

HATCH MATCH & DESPATCH 2018
Well if they don't give their first pick, what do they have to get a player who is contracted for 2 more years? Also, he is obviously being offered plenty by Carlton, but other clubs would surely match that, why them? He also wanted to return to Perth last year. I don't understand this.

HATCH MATCH & DESPATCH 2018
That's funny, you have the same line used by the AFL a few hours ago. What a coincidence.

HATCH MATCH & DESPATCH 2018
Tough game footy. Michael Barlow delisted after game on saturday against the Cats, having 35 possessions. Would we have any interest in Kieran Collins, the young backman delisted by Dogs today? He is 20 and 194 cms.
