I actually reckon North are overated...with all the Shin Boner spirit/Glen Archer milestone games bla bla bla.... They are never held accountable after their losses, they always beat the [censored] sides by a goal or 2, lose to the top teams without fail, get spanked in finals, rely on milestone games to get them over the line. They're just an average footy side who will always be around the 6-10 mark.

Frawley must come out. I've tried to like him, but he's turning into a drafting disaster. IN - Davey, Morton, Whelan, (Sir Jared) Rivers, Holland OUT - Robbo, Dunn, Bell, Frawley, Buckley Yze says as he showed a bit up foward, and its not as if we're blessed with too many options in attack at the moment. Agree. We have no franchise (marketable) player except for Davey and McLean to an extent. Pickett has been the biggest fish we've caught this decade. Sadly Thompson, Johnstone, Jolly and Simmonds are guns we've let go. Knowing Melbourne we'll end up trading Brad Green for pick 22, and Cam Bruce for a 4th rounder.

We say this all the time about CJ and he fails to deliver in each game. Remember the beautiful pass he delivered to a North defender in rd 4. CJ is a poor mans Simon Buckley at the moment.

We are a chance, but I'm not convinced we can play 2 weeks of good footy in a row yet. Plus our form in the "Silver top taxi" strips (which I think we'll be wearing this week) have been abysmal so far.

I'd say McLean at the moment. Sensational against Fremantle and Hawthorn. Solid against Hawthorn (rd 1), Geelong and Carlton. Could have as many as 6 brownlow votes thus far.

Interesting about Moloney. Some thought he was good, others bad. Does too much with the ball.
