I was at the game tonight and said to the guy i was sitting next too after Brock took that mark and ran on and kicked the goal, would he make a decent half forward flanker? He is a very good reader of play, and is a good kick at goal. My only issue with this idea would again be his leg speed. Thoughts?

Its amazing what 18 months can do for someone in footy. 18 months ago there would have been one name and one name only on that poll....Brock Mclean. i would be very curious to know why people have gone off him? For me its his lack of leaving his mark on a game, he is not a game turner or winner, early on he was but i think he has just lost a bit of his pace and his skills are not where they need to be

i think i may cop a belting for this one but here are my in's and out's for this week IN - Cheney, Whelan, Jetta OUT - Mcdonald (capt), Rivers, Frawley I think the only thing that Junior can hang his hat on this season is that he is the captain. He will be exploited this week with his lack of leg speed and i think he is just about done as an AFL player. Has been a fantastic servant for our club but its now time to move further on from the Daniher era. No need for another tall defender as the doggies are not tall in their forward line.

is the only thing saving junior from being dropped the fact that he is the captain and captains don't get "dropped"? He is looking very slow and tired out there

a real credit to sean wellman and the work he is doing with that group. the improvement in frawley this season is remarkable, i will admit i was one calling for him to be put on the trade table and he has certainly come out and proved me wrong

Does anyone know his situation. We desperately need his crumbing and chasing ability in our forward 50. Jetta tries hard but just does not put himself in the right positions often enough
