I wouldn’t have thought that there would be too many posters on here who didn’t know who “chin” or “disco” were. We’ve all made the effort, though constant reading of posts, to learn the nicknames of the players. Our track reporters don’t need criticism for using this shorthand while posting. @WCW even posted a list of all the nicknames last year I think. Perhaps her better half, @Ghostwriter, could repost that list. A new poster I can understand not knowing, but for someone who has read training reports for two years, these nicknames should be second nature I would have thought.

I luv Kossy, but the season hasn't even started and already i'm sick of this thread. I know it won't stop, so i'm opting out for my own sanity.

It is my new year wish that everybody on this site - except @picket fence - would wake up and realise that @WCW and @Ghostwriter are in fact 2 different ladies. One is seriously deranged and it’s very obvious that the other is not so much.

No matter your intention, your post comes across as very disrespectful - essentially calling GW a liar or at best, a fantasizer - when you could have so easily said something like " maybe you have misinterpreted what Goody said - perhaps he meant available round 1 not necessarily playing in the seniors round 1". You have a right to express your opinion, but you should also have a duty to be respectful when doing so - we're all on the same side.

We’ve had OMAC, we’ve still got TMAC and now we have SMAC. Quite the unfortunate nickname.

There are probably many explanations for his “perceived” behaviour. One is that people are seeing things that just aren’t there. A second is that it’s the other players that are acting cool towards Trac - perhaps they haven’t forgiven him completely yet.

I think it’s very safe to say that WCW/GW is a pretty unique individual, who has done nothing but provide virtually all of us with nothing but entertainment and joy. DL is such a better place when she’s posting. Why she continually gets “attacked” by certain posters is beyond me, and it is simply disgraceful. There is just no call for it, and why these snide attacks are seemingly let go through to the keeper is also beyond me. She was going to return to DL, but has now - thanks to certain cretins - decided to give it a complete miss. So, as she says, there will be no more GW training reports. I’d say 99.5% of posters will sorely miss her and her reports.

Why would you say that? I think it’s safe to say that you have no idea if it happened or not. But a pretty demeaning post - no wonder she feels better off not being part of DL anymore. The poster also stated that there was another regular DLander present for this event. So a witness to corroborate.
