  1. Mainly because he is, he may not have had may hit outs but he still went in there to do the rucking. Maybe the back up back up.
  2. He has served his purpose and so has Frost, as back up ruck men, thats why i ask the question, is Brisbane's back up ruck man any good? And if his rucking this year impresses you, you need to get out more.
  3. Yeah Dunn has rucked before, cant be any worse than Pedo or Frost. Do we have a big issue against their second ruck?
  4. How was it?
  5. I know a few people that have breathing issues with the mouth guard in, seems to limit how much air you can suck in and a shot at goal is a great opportunity to get some much needed oxygen.
  6. Bugger, was really hoping it would be this weekend, hope it's not next week!
  7. Like every game after the Dons loss this year, I have no idea what will happen in this game. I want to feel like we will win but there is a gnawing in the back of my mind of "Dont forget round2"
  8. MRP= Melbourne's Ridiculous Penalties Dunno why Bernie got off and dunno why Jetta didn't.
  9. Dont forget Kosi and his weird fainting. I would not like to see this happen again.
  10. Why doesnt he take his full 30 seconds to go waayyyyyy back and get a full tilt running start? Imagine the comments on THAT run up!
  11. Ok so Casey wins convincingly and get stuff all write up, sandringham looses and get a far better write up with the FB player getting BOG!? State league affiliate: Casey Scorpions (VFL) This weekend: Sandringham v Casey Scorpions - Saturday May 14, 2pm, Trevor Barker Beach Oval Alex Neal-Bullen racked up 39 disposals and kicked a goal as the Scorpions beat Sandringham by 31 points. Ben Newton (30 disposals), Lynden Dunn (28), Dean Terlich (27) and Jack Trengove (26 disposals and a goal) were similarly prolific. Exciting young forward Sam Weideman slotted two goals, as did Chris Dawes and Liam Hulett. It was Dawes' second consecutive match since his return from a strain to his left calf. Angus Brayshaw was concussed early in the first quarter and took no further part in the game. It was his first game back since being concussed a fortnight ago by a ball being accidentally kicked into his head. State league affiliate: Sandringham (VFL) This weekend: Sandringham v Casey Scorpions - Saturday May 14, 2pm, Trevor Barker Beach Oval Tom Lee collected 25 disposals in a best-on-ground effort as Sandringham lost by 31 points to the Casey Scorpions. He played at full-back on Sam Weideman, who kicked two goals. Paddy McCartin slotted two goals but was otherwise quiet, while Cam Shenton booted three for the second straight week. Daniel McKenzie (24 disposals, one goal) and Nathan Wright (23 disposals) both provided excellent run off half-back. Tom Curren notched up 22 disposals in another good game. Hugh Goddard struggled in defence and Darren Minchington was similarly subdued, compared to the usually high standard he sets at the Zebras. Meanwhile, recruit Nathan Freeman finished with 10 touches and three tackles in a little under three quarters playing in Sandringham's development team. The 20-year-old featured in each of the four quarters in carefully managed game time. It was Freeman's first game since overcoming multiple hamstring setbacks. Gee even our TOP OF THE LADDER VFL team don't get compliments.
  12. Just watched a trailer for that, i have never heard of the residents, and i think my sleeping behavior is happy for that!
  13. Googling now. Are you saying this is what he feels or what he needs? Cause i think either way its a TERRIFYING thought!
  14. Everyone thought Carlton would struggle to win a game too. Everyone thought Freo would be top 4. Everyone said Collingwood have a good list and will be on the up and up. Everyone is wrong about everything.
  15. I love his passion but his frustration kills it, doesn't get back into position after a point is kicked either. I would not drop him yet, I hope the coaching staff know how to tame the beast, maybe music i have heard that works
  16. Another umpiring thread? Come on guys.
  17. We break zone defenses apart too, we did it a few times to the dogs but it doesn't work with skill errors. You can be in the correct position all day long but if your team mates are not doing their part it falls apart pretty quickly. Although, there was one moment when I was appalled to see when stringer kicked a fast break goal and Max was the only player gut running to chase them down. Also, I hate seeing McDonald peeling off his player to help out a team mate running another down, it just leave his man free and you can see what comes next from a mile away, most of the time if he runs with his own player then the one with the ball has no one to dish it off to.
  18. I would love to see Trenners come back in, wont happen but would be awesome.
  19. Still all between the ears for me, as soon as the pressure is on, we fumble, drop marks, do not run hard enough, wait for someone else to do it, make bad decisions and just dont want the responsibility. Once our confidence doesn't drop, these sort of games will be much close.
  20. Sorry guys but both Jetts and BV are not going to be available this weekend, 100%. I think BV will only be a week, as it was moderate contact but Jetta will get 2 i reckon.
  21. From henceforth your name shall be Beasley.
  22. Didnt find his hat but found this
