When I look at Geelong, I see a club that has built repeated finals appearances around a very good culture, astute recruiting (how many low draft picks have they had over the past 15 years?), and keeping a core group of great players together over a sustained period. If that makes me naive, guilty as charged your honour! When they offer Viney a substantial contract, we shall continue the discussion.

Have been playing finals ever since. Players taking pay cuts to keep a core group together. That is building culture. They would not go anywhere near Crouch now.
