Why should the Eagles be getting a home final for finishing 5th, when potentially teams that finish above (Richmond, Geelong) could potentially be the “home” team in a prelim playing Brisbane in Brisbane? Why are the AFL making this so hard, with quarantine periods, allowing one club to fly between states just for the sake of a final? Why should the Eagles get that privilege when they finish 5th in a year where there is no normal?
