It seems the term "Selection integrity" has been overused and is difficult to comprehend. How about we rename it to "Having principles" or "standing for something" to get the point across It has nothing to do with the perceived capability or potential of the player you're bringing in.
Wouldn't put it past this week being more about token droppings/selections as well as pitting a player like Fullarton up against it, so he can be easily written off. We're a cynical bunch here at demonland
