Pretty much.... The parking is horrible and the public transport to the ground is pretty bad. Either you park at a close school which usually has a shuttle bus service to the ground or you get the train and then a bus in. If you're staying close enough ie Broadbeach I recommend just getting a cab. The ticketing is pretty much behind the goals or level 2 general admission other seats are reserved seating you can pre purchase but level two is actually a very good viewing point at metricon. I honestly think it's a confidence thing.... When we clicked in the third we went from looking like a bottom 4 rabble to a premium team. Our hands in close where quick and effective our forwards were moving and clunking marks. We are not a precision team and dare I say it we wouldnt train like that. We rely on a sharp hand ball game in close to get our space and build numbers at the contest to create the next outlet. I am actually really happy the Hawks surged and we fought back and came from behind in the 4th after giving up a 3 goal lead. Shows a lot of character and I think we gain more from a tight 5 point win than running over them in the fourth to win by 5 goals. Hopefully the boys take something from the win and start building into the season.

At least it was a better defensive effort tonight really does feel like we have gone back to year 2 of Roos' coaching tenure having to sacrifice all offensive to not leak goals. So I ended up re watching the game .. I just don't understand why we continue to play the same [censored] game plan with no plan B and expect different results. Goodwin has been found out, yet refuses to try anything new. It's embarrassing to see us week in week out get outcoached out run and those forward entries are about as good as you will see in the under 12s. The season is done now IMO... It's just so sad what has happened to this team in 8 months... Goodwins presser was also beyond embarrassing. Literally said the same thing week in week out there hasn't been any changes. Viney saying we will need to look ahead is the same throw away comment which has been made by a senior player at the end of a [censored] performance. Why is no one getting mad? This really depends on contract term, cost of trade (likely not much due to salary cap dump) and how much he takes in terms of salary cap & if this will effect retaining current players. I cannot see these all aligning so I doubt it will be worth it....
