Demonsone our drafting is good, Windsor, Tholstrup, Brown and Kentfield, whereas the Trades are looking a bit uninspired McAdam, Billings and Fullarton but still time.

Ten players 22 or under is very sobering indeed but it will be a real lift if they all make the grade at some point.

Gus & Tracc have left two huge holes in the side and having 8 players with less than 50 games in the side drops us well down the pecking order.

22 year old key defender / forward, good mark and kick who doesn’t mind a bit of physicality, Disco has been hampered by injury. We need players of his ilk but needs to have a good run at it.

To go from good to great - once the guidelines and measures have been set in place takes time, determination, bye in, questioning every decision, rewarding positive behaviours and instilling Belief in the process and not letting setbacks, short term failures Or bad luck impact the final goal.

I just watched Simon Goodwins Press Conference and feel a lot more reassured regarding Tracc’s support by the players and coaches, Goody said that he is in constant contact with both Christian and Bella as are his team mates. He also mentioned that MFC Player Welfare are in contact with the Petracca Family to provide support. They need to do a couple of stories on our website to cut off the snipers

WCW I noticed that there hasn’t been any Training Reports on the MFC website and I just heard on Ch7 that MFC are not attending the AFL Hall Of Fame tonight!! Have you heard anything on the grapevine, strange that we would boycott an AFL function.

No I want a response, we are heading off course, I want to hear someone say Gee it’s better than nothing but we could have come up with a much better alternative if all clubs had been involved, rather than AFL sailing by the seats of their pants. I want them to have a scrap, show our colours, ask unsigned members to get on board. DO.!!!

I keep going to our Website expecting to see something, anything regarding Tracc’s situation but no all we are getting is AFL or some media person rabitting on. I would have liked to have seen this story unfold via our club, even an interview at the hospital telling us how he is faring. Where is our new Media manager, wtf.!!
