Thanks Bendigo D, Jibroni and all posters great training updates and you have thrown up some interesting scenarios regarding who will come in for who on Thursday night. Looking forward with great anticipation.!!
-
Thanks DD Wow Max, Riv, Alex, Chin & TMac we’re off the charts tonight, as you mentioned it was more of an even spread across the ground with everyone chipping in when required. JV fully tagged, Tracc & Clayton shaded by the Port mids but so critical in the clinches when really needed and Sparrow and Lingers getting more involved. That last quarter and the last 7 minutes in particular had ‘21 all over it.!!

6 - Max (50 hit outs) 5 - Alex Neal the Bullen on 🔥 4 - Rick (huge game under pressure) 3 - Jack Viney just because 2 - Trent Rivers 1 - Kade Chandler Such a great team effort, they are a very good side playing on their own dung hill. The boys were magnificent.!!

Arton, Arton bloody Arton.!!!!

Thanks for the update KC glad that Bell is still on our list, do you know when the team for tomorrow’s game will be posted?
-
Thanks Red and Blue Forever greatly appreciated.

He mentioned in his interview that Alex the Bullen had taken him under his wing and that he has been working with him on fitness and pace for a high half forward role in the future but that wouldn’t preclude him from playing a half back role in the future as well. So Bill the ball is in your court so step up and surprise us all.!!

Just how lucky are we.!!!!

Very hard to sum Jack up in a few sentences I loved the Ch7 promo for his 200th game. Been a Dee since he could walk and talk, we knew in our hearts that he was going to be ours and he has emulated and surpassed the deeds of his dad Todd, one of our loved former heroes. Jack now talks the talk and walks the walk. Good luck Jack on your 200th and May there be many more for us to enjoy and celebrate.❤️💙💕

Agree Spirit O N S, he snagged 19 last year but would love to see him up the ante and average a goal / game and play 200 games for us.
-
I have learnt to trust JT & TL they have rarely let us down and we could have more changes at years end than we have picks to cover.!!

Alex Neal-Bullen is a very special kind of selfless player, gut runner extraordinaire, absorbs punishment with aplomb, works hard for his teammates and celebrates each and every great team act and goal scored. Love ANB, Nibbler Bullen.!!!

I wasn’t aware of that, just as well that he lived up to it over his career, although I still remember early in his career when he took that mark in the goal square and hand balled it into Gary Lyon, much to his dismay. Lol.!!!

Good on you BD hopefully the club will post something when the team fly out on Wednesday. My wife and I were in Alice in ‘22 and we were staying at the same resort as the Dees, it was brilliant.😁😁

He did ok on the DLand votes this week Webber, he had a standout game.😁

It was always the Bombers but Collingwont edged them out with their atrocious feral behaviour last year. Also any win against the Cats is so sweet.

Good news week (positive news only)
DeeZone replied to spirit of norm smith's topic in Melbourne Demons
Pies first goal was a bump ball mark so the Saints out of bounce goal evened up the card, Saints were great.😁 -
Thanks WCW and Andy greatly appreciated, glad they didn’t overdo the Captains Run, want them fresh and strong for tomorrow’s game, really need to win this.!

How is Petty handling the drill DLand, is he marking cleanly?

We attended a number of games there including the game where the Wiz I think won goal of the year running from backline to forward line after kicking to Gaz and Gaz hand balling back then kicking the goal against Hawks. Also attended the infamous Prelim in ‘87 which left us shattered. We lived at Knox at the time and quite close. We moved to Diamond Creek the following year and only occasionally ventured out after that, although went out and watched Sandringham win the Granny there in I think 2000 but the facilities were neglected by then. I worked at Colonial/Telstra/Etihad and now Marvel Stadium when I retired from real work and enjoyed my time there, the seating and vision far superior to Arctic Park although took them a long time to get the surface right.
