Give the Bison the role to make his own. Fritta has been cruell’d by injury over past couple of years, let’s get him back to what he does best, play with freedom and kick goals.

PJ will go down in history as a true saviour of the MFC why would he risk his magnificent reputation. They don’t grow on trees but there will be one out there that has the steel and intelligence to reenergise the club and get us back on an upward trajectory. My fear is that we rush the decision and get someone who takes us back down the slippery slope of irrelevance. We have to get this right.

So basically what you are all suggesting is don’t show your vulnerability or admit your mistakes or recognise when someone is coming out of a s..T full year that has seriously tested the club and the person holding the bag. It’s just about the wins and talking tough and no one really cares about the issues that the coach and playing group were going through, it’s not just the media everyone is the critic. There was a time in a different world when I was an avid reader, Sun, Herald, Age, Time Magazine, I listened to SEN religiously, watched AFL360, The Footy Show, Football Classified, pre and post match discussions, etc. somewhere along the line I have jettisoned each and every one of them and I am enjoying my twilight years much happier and less angry. I still follow MFC website, check out the AFL Matchday site and read a lot of threads on Demonland, watch all our winning game replays and that’s about it.😁👍

I always check out the bottom 6 but we had 8 of the bottom 10 players on the day and as previously pointed out by bing181 they had 13 of the top 21 players on the field. What has happened to Trent Rivers that would be his lowest score ever. I was expecting big things from Riv in ‘25, coaches have a lot to work with, we can’t delist them all. however great for Clayton, Chandler and Salem.👍

I didn’t see it as throwing Max under the bus. I think it depends on a person’s opinion of Simon Goodwin.

To be honest I was apprehensive about the game at Marvel yesterday but I wasn’t expecting a total capitulation in the last quarter, I thought we were lucky to be within a couple of goals throughout the game particularly after we squandered our opportunities at every opportunity. I couldn’t believe how well we picked out their defenders from our players and delivered it lace out to them and not us. Roos worked hard for the momentum and when they finally got it they made the absolute most of it 6 goals in 10 minutes blew us out of the game. Credit to Nth they hit us hard and often and had the ball on a string they outmarked, out run and out played us in nearly every facet of the game.😪😢

Disagree OD Disco hasn’t played a lot of footy yet, his game against Suns last year was a bit of an eye opener think he kicked 4. With Disco, JvR, Matty Jefferson playing together should also free up Fritta and bring Chin and Sharp into play more.🙏🤞

Great day for a game of footy but have been feeling a bit apprehensive about this game, hope the boys are all switched on and get a good start.
