The fact that they have identified a more suitable location for our administration centre on the Caulfield site reassures me that this exercise is on track and until our club advises us all that this is no longer the case, I wait in full anticipation of a successful announcement and I shall not revisit this site until this occurs.😁👍

6 - Max despite his two misses 5 - Fritta worked hard all day 4 - Bowsa just wish he had more of it 3 - Disco 2 - Clayton 1 - Blake Howes Then Kozzie, Tracc and Langdon When things were hot and we were right in the game our misses were huge momentum killers. Georgeades was huge his leading and marking was red hot we had no one that could go with him and Ports delivery to him was exceptional.

I was watching the game, watching the stats and getting pretty happy with the boys efforts, Will Verrall just kept getting better and better, that’s his breakout game. Riley Bonner top effort but then Laurie, Brown, Woey2.0, Matty Jefferson and Kalani White all put in a huge effort in the last. Great game to watch.

Unfortunately he played basketball through his formative years and can’t get it out of his game, has height and pace but not the ability to impose himself on a physical game, sad really he seems like a great person.

That’s true BDA but even in the suburban leagues the best players reap the majority of the rewards these days. It has all changed.

I believe so Kev they will all work their way into the 6-15 mark if they aren’t already in it and then with the way the Cap is forecast to grow they can get their lick of the ice cream and eventually replace those ahead of them. That’s the nature of the beast.

Another good signing for MFC Blake has the talent, skills and the size to make it at AFL level and agree with BDA needs to build greater strength, the confidence will come with more game time.

It’s a nice thought Kevin but elite sports people cannot survive in a socialistic system where everyone gets the same pay, they strive for fame, popularity and fortune , that’s what makes them stand out. There is enough cash in the system to reward players 16-36 but your top five get the cream, then 6-15 are well remunerated and the rest share what’s left. There is a pecking order that all the players recognise and understand the mechanism to climb the ladder, just as most workplaces.😁👍

Thanks DD we beat them in all the main Kpi’s but their game style of chipping it around and racking up possessions to maintain possession makes them look superior statistically whereas we our game style is racking up ISFo’s, clearances and contested possessions. What a shame we couldn’t convert our superiority on the score board. How good were Josh Daicos, Sidebottom and Howe, in the end they were the difference.

Congratulations to Kozzie Pickett and MFC for getting this deal done, speaks volumes for Kozzie and everyone involved at the club. We can all relax now and enjoy the rest of Kozzie’s amazing career unfurl in the mighty Red and Blue. Kozzie, Kozzie, Kozzie, OIe, OIe, OIe.
