Simon Goodwin just mentioned that Angus Brayshaw was told to lose a bit of weight at the start of the season as he was bit 'chubby'... During the time he was out with concussion he had to train extremely hard to lose 4 kilos. Didn't mind indulging in soft drink from time to time Goodwin mentioned.

There is no difference. Brayshaw had a good block of training and few games in the VFL before the Essendon game.

I like this very much.

Easy to acknowledge it and accept that we made mistakes on selection table. Not backing it up by actions repeatedly is a whole different story.

Seems rival clubs are circling Toby who is a ruckman/forward that we are desperately lack. Was an All Australian under 18 ruckman and can go forward and take some strong contested marks up forward and kick goals. Was impressed with him as a junior and noticed that he dominates the NEAFL quite well. Another week where i shake my head at selections..

Clayton Oliver is already a better player then Brayshaw. Gus at at his best is a 20 disposal game against Geelong last year. Oliver's best so far is a 26 disposals 7 tackled and 2 goals plus the 7 clearences in th first half against North. Kid will/already is an absolute gem. I love Brayshaw and the future ahead for him but he gets a tad overrated on this website at times.

After the Essendon debacle the backlash on here was that Brayshaw was brought too early and underdone.. I have sneaky feeling this could be the case again. This also proves how highly rated Brayshaw is amongst coaching staff.

Shane Savage an out for them is huge. Killed us last time with his outside run and dash from the backline.
