Vanders raring to go
Go back to round 22 against the eagled and watch the 1st half. It was Vanders who set the tone for the day with his manic agressive pressure and tackling. Vanders is best 22 and a crucial part of our structure.

You were saying @Wadda We Sing? Thanks again @It's Time, fantastic report and proof that again we have some some on here who should just stick to their day jobs and leave it to guys like Crossy to get these blokes in fantastic condition as Trac has shown.

Good stuff @It's Time! How are the first year players going? Keen to hear how Sparrow, Jordan, Chandler and also Corey Wager? Intrigued to see if he'll feature in the JLT games.

No, i personally thought he was in already great shape, yet he seems to have gone up a level with his fitness and off field work. Are the same ones saying that that Dangerfield, Martin and Fyfe are too heavy due to muscle mass and need to drop a few? All 3 are all over the 90kg mark.

This is a pic from friday. To think some peanuts on here actually think hes still carrying puppy fat or is carrying too much weight. He is an absolute ripping nick! Just shows how hard he has been workinh on his fitness on and off field.

I still believe the club will continue to throw him in the midfield at times. Just to add more depth and class going through there. But i like him down back setting us up from behind. Speaking of class, i genuinely think he'll develope into Shaun Burgoyne clone for us. Has all the attributes to become a seriously class player us over the journey.

When i watched training back in September, Salem was just simply sublime with his kicking. His kicking on his right foot is just as sweet on his left.. Get the ball in this blokes hands and watch him just slow the game down and choose the right options. I reckon he will go up another level this year.

Training - Monday 3rd December, 2018
I highly doubt also he'll get thrown straight into main rucking role at Casey. All hes doing with Stafford is just working and getting a great deal of education on his ruck craft. He'll play majority of next year up forward with spurts in the ruck as a reliever. He's still very slight and needs to put on a fair bit of weight, so give it 2-3 years and he could def take over as the number 1 ruck at Casey, and few games in the seniors for the dees.

Goodwin signs on until end of 2022
Give the man a 5 year deal. Hes is building a serious dynasty where players actually enjoy playing under him and wanting to play under him! His development and relationship building with players is right up there with the best in the competition when it comed to player coach relationship.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - MARTY HORE
Great prospect who the dees have been tracking for 3 years now. They were so close to selecting him last year but had no rookie spots.
