As I posted near the time, waaaaaaay back, somewhere, the mannerism of the hand and the finger at the neck was a hint of a 'disability', and the other bloke a caring brother or some such. The 'age' of the reaction didn't seem to align with the 'age' of the person. Regardless, it was an iconic moment, speaking volumes for us all, whatever our emotional or physical ages.
