Dawes changes the whole dynanic of how we play. As long as he keeps doing the 1% he'll always be one of the few the first named. He brings more than people actually think, his teammates certainly walk a lot taller with him about which is a bonus with a young side

Tom Mac definitely starts on Franklin as he has consistently kept him quiet when played on. Id have a double team play on/off him all night like Macdonald/Jetta. Tall to spoil and Jetta to help then run off him. Backs have to be smart and not have 6 players all go for the panic spoil. Smarts to know when to run off there man to help if Macdonald need and good communication with other backs. Somehow this might be easier said than done though we are getting better with this and probably shows how good our midfield is as they cover lot of ground helping(carry atm) out our defence.

We will not be trading much if any for Prestia. If anyone has to be traded it'll be a player from previous era. We are legitimate club now and hold the power. Roos has rewarded almost everyone who has bought in and wont trade out any young players.

We came unstuck because the dogs sat back and let us get first touch on clearance then created too much pressure but we also helped them out by not being smart and fighting over the pill. They always had that extra hand to receive because our extra man was fighting over the extraction with a teammate. Once we get a little smarter/mature with how we play the diamond setplay wil be very, very good

Dunn will have to improve his disposal i think this is keeping him out. This is what they meant by turnovers further up the ground instead of close to goal and being scored against. We've lowered our eyes now and want to hit targets quickly within 20-30 metres even Tmac has improved his. Also think his brother plays b4 dunn for this reason aswell

Because we had a shizanhousen coaching collective until Roos arrived. Before this 3-4 different coaches i think. Finally have a great coaching staff who within 2 years have got Jack to where he should be. Is alot fitter and has added strength to his broad frame. In Roos 1st yr, JW was pushed off to easily then 2nd grad improvement to now, 2016 can finally launch himself and how far is only between his ears as body is off AFL STANDARD

U just missed an awesome team goal via half dozen or so handballs. The Melbourne of old would've completely messed that up. Great team play, they surely believe in each other!
