    We were lucky leaver missed last time. Leaver v Dees this time around which will make it so much harder for us.

    Agree with Melksham. He does some frustrating things by foot, but works very hard. I will always back a player if they are giving 100% of their ability.

    It's performances like this that have to have armchair coaches singing his praises. I just want to hear from other teams supporters that he should be in aa contention. Has to be one of the best 1 on 1 defenders in the comp.

    It is a ripper of a press conference. It is probably the best I have seen by any coach in a long time.

    Geez he looked good! Great pair of hands an seems to be a good set shot on goal. With Frosty and Oscar developing i think Tmac can stay forward.

    We have been hit harder than any club for injuries and schedule in the past month yet people have jumped off us like we were the 2016 Dockers! Ffs, no club can lose 6 of their top 10 and be expected to win games. This off field nonsense is all media hype! It doesn't really exist.

    I live just a few mins away, so I might make it down to the ground. Our VFL side is looking a tad light on for Afl talent.

    I have given up waiting to see trenners get another game. If ever there was a week to play him, it was this week.I really had hoped he could go around for one more game and try and prove to the world he was the jack of old. It's over for him at the MFC, and it that hurts to admit.

    He will have their best defender go to him. That frees up Tmac to rip their second defender to pieces. I'm pumped that Hulk is back!

    Our injury list is longer than Ron Jeremy's appendage and the media expect us to be competitive?? We were never beating Sydney with that team. The result doesn't change what this playing group has achieved so far this season. Let the media talk us down. I doubt 5th place would be pleased to see us at full strength week 1 of the finals if we finish 8th.

    Still has to get through a test. I have Jack and Jeffy down as questionable. I hope both are back but I'm looking at options if those 2 can't get up.

    Now is as good a time as any to take a punt. The injury huge list gives the selection committee some wiggle room when it comes to taking risks.

    Out: Bugg, Viney, Tyson, White. In: Kent, Trengove, Maynard, JKH. Wagner deserves to be dropped, but I can't see anymore than 4 changes. We are running out of fit bodies to run out in the park.

    We are running out if options, and he must be considered. Injuries derailed his career, it could be injuries to others that reignite it.

    Corey Maynard. Could go from category B rookie to important player for us in the blink of an eye. We rolled the dice with Mitch White, it didn't pay off. Maynard is worth another roll. There is something about him, he just looks like he has the goods.

    Let me say this. We are not missing 6 of our best 22, we are missing 6 of our best 12! No team in the comp can cover 6 of their best 12, none!!

    They were pretty much at full strength, we weren't. They won, we didn't. Let's move on from Sydney.
