At the risk of sounding unpopular, I think Billy has probably taken a slight step back this season. I'm glad he has been extended because I think he can develop into a good player for the club. Congratulations Billy and Tim!

I have met and spoken to Jack once about the topic of being #1 pick. What many don't know is that he is extremely hard on himself, and is always critiquing his own performances. He is a superb person and we are absolutely privileged to have him at our football club.

Balic appears to have squandered his chance at an AFL career. Once upon a time we had list spots and time to take a gamble on a player like Balic. Nowadays we are looking at consolidating the list. Unless balic can push for selection at freo and showcase his skills, i can't see us taking a punt on him.

I think Bernie's undisciplined acts have overshadowed his performance. His shut down role on Sloane was first class. He has shut down the best of them and is damaging He needs to pull his head in and be known for the class footballer he can be.

If you ran this last season Dean Kent would have been on that list for many. What a difference a year makes. On the flip side, not many would have said Frosty would be on that list last season. He is special. Exciting times.
