Changes v Gold Coast Suns
Viney a better player than Alex debatable? Okay conversation over. No offends to Alex, I like him and he tries hard but is limited

Changes v Gold Coast Suns
Fiorini is a big out for GC. Been very good

Changes v Gold Coast Suns
I must be on the wrong site- people complaining about ANB being dropped? What happened to many posters saying he should not play again, the coach has no idea for picking him etc. one decent game changes your opinion?

Changes v Gold Coast Suns
Iโd say itโs becuase Viney is a much better player. ANB was decent last week but has been poor most of the year.

Changes v Gold Coast Suns
Viney in for Wagner Our midfield will smash them and make up for our poor defence GC coming back from a sat night game in Perth.

Jack Trengove signed by Port Adelaide as a Delisted Free Agent
Agree. I've been looking at his stats. he is averaging around 40 touches and often getting 2 goals per game! surely he gets a look in.

Shaun Smith not happy with Joel's medical treatment.
Hopefully we do not go near any Collingwood or GWS fitness/medical staff. they have a much worse record over the past 3-4 years than us. recurring injuries, very long injury lists most years
- Ablett wins appeal. System is broken

Injury List - Season 2019
Lever playing vfl next week! Woohoo!!

Shaun Smith not happy with Joel's medical treatment.
How about a bit of respect for the club that gave you a shot Shaun. Understand you are upset but tell the club, not the world. We donโt have a hope of attracting talent in the trade period at this rate

Steven May - drinking session
I only use the word 'Ample' when describing one thing (well two technically) and I would like it to stay that way
-
Injury List - Season 2019
far out, still 9 best 22 players out. realistically only Viney and Pruess back before the bye. Smith, Jetta and Vanders probably done for the year. no wonder May is hitting the schnapps

Making the finals
insanity, we are virtually zero chance of playing finals. We will win on Sat and everyone will get excited and then we be gutted 3 weeks after that. mostly likely we will be 3-9 at the bye I reckon we will turn things around and get to around 10 wins and that will be a good achievement but there is no coming back from 1-5 with 10 players out injured and 4-5 in the 22 carrying injuries.

Target 70,000
Bloody amazing achievement by the club to get to 50K members. 5 years ago and I would not have believed it to be possible. It gives real hope we can knock over 55 and 60K if we get some consistent finals/success

Jordan Lewis is absolutely cooked, never pick him again
Iโve been a Lewis supporter but if he continues to cause turnovers and miss targets we cannot afford to have him in the team even with his leadership

Crowd incident - Hawks Dees
Small world mate!
-
Steven May - drinking session
โDrinking related incidentโ what was the incident? Horrible reporting. Footy player has a few beers on a Sunday. Move on. Nothing to see here
-
Crowd incident - Hawks Dees
Would certainly help if there was some security. To clarify: security that anticipate and stop incidents rather than just watch
-
Crowd incident - Hawks Dees
I have no issue with dry or family areas if that is what you are referring to. I also agree they should be extended but I just think i should be able to drink with my mates at the footy if i want to
-
Crowd incident - Hawks Dees
I don't need to drink at the footy. I don't need to go to the footy at all. They are two things I enjoy doing so why not together?
-
Marty Hore and Jay Lockhart
When lever comes back in a couple of weeks it will be interesting to see what happens to Hore. they play similar roles. Lever, Frost, Hore and Hibbo in the same back 6? could work
-
Crowd incident - Hawks Dees
I am surprised by the amount of anti-drinking comments on this thread. 99% of people that drink at the footy do so and don't get into fights. the problem is D-heads (in this case two of them) attending the footy, not people drinking at the footy. As you said, fights at the footy has decreased massively over the years. putting restrictive rules for when you buy booze will not help and would just aggravate people further. You just need to look at england to see the lock out laws don't work.
