A decent performance???!

Jeff scores 16 goals from 11 games last year when we were scoring freely. Tackling and pressure were down. He will have to string more than one good Casey game together before goody picks him I reckon. Id prefer Spargo at the moment. Not good last week but he has the right attitude and has lots of potential

Looking at the St Kilda team, it is poor. No-name defence, no stars in the midfield. We should dominate in the ruck and at stoppages. Once we use the ball ok we should win. They could hurt us on the spread but we should have enough talent to win. If we lose we will be 1-4 and the saints 4-1. Just.... cannot happen.

Saints have two days less inbeteeen games. They have as many injuries than us arguable have been hit harder hopefullyour form has turned and if so we should win this comfortably

Goody had interview at lunch today. Lewis and Jetta will come back in for Saints lockhart available for selection Preuss needs to get through a session and hopefully will play

VDB and Smith were 4-6 a 4 weeks ago and haven’t improved an inch. Doubtful either one will have a meaningful impact this year if this continues

Was very noticable in the first Q. we had the situation under comtrol as Essendon attack and then defenders run off their man when there is no need to. wtf, is that a team rule?!? the easiest of kicks over the top you would not get away with this in under 12s. just embarressing

Spargo is tough as guts but. i'd prefer him out there compared to a lot of others. even for a kid you generally know what you'll get

No idea why he is still co-captain. this year was the obvious year for him to step down and let Viney take over imo. now it becomes more awkward and obvious that he is playing poorly and looks very slow. I still think he is in the 22 most weeks but he is no longer an on-field leader. play him in the guts more or half back or not at all (I love Jonesy and always will)
