Daisy, there are better alternatives than Astra Zeneca. Moderna and Pfizer are not killing people and provide greater protection 94.1 & 95% respectively. We should donate all our Astra Zeneca to Covax and use the mRna's exclusively. Everyone will be getting them in the future anyway considering we have 50 million doses ordered or supplied already for this year plus another 15 million Moderna gen2 ordered for first quarter next year. Edit. Context is important. If we were living in Brazil or India I would be advocating for Astra Zeneca. I live in regional Australia, no locally acquired cases ever. I will wait for mRna. If we have some local cases watch me jump ship.

1.I live in Australia 2. Many borders are closed. 3. The UK has one of the highest immunisation rates in the world and are extending their lockdown. So your point is? Edit. I am pro vaccine, I see no point in Astra Zeneca when alternatives are better.

An interesting fact. No Australians have died from Covid19 this year, two have died from Astra Zeneca.

Current life partner sounds very temporary, or perhaps one in a series. -

I shall assume you are not taking a swing. I do like to provide the odd left field answer, it is almost a sport for me. -

University research on fans' views of racism in the AFL

I did posit 4 questions. However in reference to set up. Melbourne supporters see racism amongst supporters at their games, according to survey. Melbourne supporters deny racism amongst supporters at their games according to survey. Have all clubs been surveyed? I shall maintain my scepticism. -
Older Australians have to have the 2nd grade AZ vaccine. As a younger Australian you can have the premium. AZ has a longer wait between doses.

I would like to know why ask us? Have all clubs been asked the same questions? Have other sports been surveyed? Are we being set up? Okay call me a suspicious sceptic. I will abstain. -

I count 10 question marks. I demand a recount! -
Bob you talk about odds as if they are based in fact. They are are simply the number of dollars that guess an outcome. They are not factual, logically over time due to their nature (losers run out of money and a side that normally wins normally wins)they are more accurate than a dart board. One chance in four does not mean you will win one in four. I know you know this, but your language suggests odds as fact. Yes I would rather be the favourite but as we know it is not a guarantee.

Rating 2021 team Against 1998, 2000 & 2018
ManDee replied to dazzledavey36's topic in Melbourne Demons
This year we are like a V12 engine running on 9 or 10 cylinders. Past teams have been like V8's . This team has the potential to be one of the best, win a flag or four then we will know. -
Josh Fraser, pick 1 lucky to weigh 80kg carrying a bag of wet cement when drafted.

Where Will We Play Collingwood? (QB Big Freeze)
ManDee replied to YesitwasaWin4theAges's topic in Melbourne Demons
I cannot understand why teams playing in these blockbusters don't do a split 70-30 one year and 30-70 the next. Reduces risk for both sides and helps to even cash flow. Note. Could be 60-40 whatever works. -
DJ , at this point you could argue that they are all lesser clubs. ?
-
I disagree Jaded, we could argue that the medical sub was precautionary as insufficient time remained for a thorough examination. Subsequently after the match it could have been determined that Langdon was dazed not concussed. So he could play next week.

Isn't it more a case of Brisbane not being able to return to Queensland or us to travel to Queensland?

Dreaming. Ralph doesn't know and couldn't be bothered finding out.

Polly that is exactly what I said in another post. I would give up my position in the queue and wait for the vaccine of my choice. This does not affect any herd immunity nor does it slow down the rollout. It is my choice.

And India leading the way in donating Covid vaccines to other countries. Go figure? Donations to other countries, India 10,200,000 (Yes 10.2 million) New Zealand 1,600,000 Australia 8,000 (Yes 8 thousand) https://www.kff.org/policy-watch/putting-u-s-global-covid-19-vaccine-donations-in-context/

Lucifer, who controls Australians borders and quarantine? Is it the Federal Government by any chance? The fact that the states are running the quarantine centres is because the Federal government have relinquished it to the states because the states offered and The Federal government could not handle it. If you doubt this, see what would happen if any state said refugees are welcome.
