jnrmac, they don't have to rate 16yo's what you trade is a pick in the next years draft. All picks in any draft are a lottery and you don't know who is available until it is your turn to pick anyway.

The reason I suggested next years draft was that it would be subject to the WADA findings and next year hopefully it will be a later pick than 25.

I don't like sniping at other posters, I try not to but I have. If I cop it as a result so be it.
