What's there to mention? We're only 4-3, havent beaten anyone of genuine quality yet, still inconsistent at best, hell even Carlton have put together longer winning streaks. we will get the praise when there is something to praise. We're improving but still a bloody long way to go.

I've mentioned this before. I'd like to see Dawes re-invented as a key defender. In the Brian Lake type mould. I think our current KPD stock tend to get caught out against the big gorilla forwards like Hawkins would take some time but we know he can compete and wrestle.

I think it's more that they are now very aware of the work loads on first year players. Brayshaw was spent by midway through last season. Oliver is a 10 year prospect, he'll play plenty of footy. No need to over do it early

I honestly think the AFL need to take this oppertunity to really make an example of out Rance. In every sense of the word, what Rance did was a deliberate "coward hit". Especially as a poor kid was killed just this week from a coward hit that has been so widely condemned. I'm not saying what Rance did is exactly the same, but the message it sends is. if the same contact with the same force was made to a guy on the street who then hit his head on the ground on the way down, the consequences could be absolutely tragic. Just because it happened on a football field doesn't make it any less of an offence. The AFL can really show that a deliberate strike/hit to the head from behind or coward hit is so unacceptable the punishment is so server that no player will ever consider doing it again. 12 weeks to season for me.

How about you head down to Gosch's paddock on Tuesday and challange him to a foot race.

I'm gonna throw it out there, and yes he made his share of mistakes, but that would have to be Frosts best MFC game yet. He's just starting to find his feet and I think he'll only get better. It's easy to forget just how much footy he missed last year. The signs are good
