I thought it was the whiteboard... -
I do think we need to bring in some leadership, with Dunn, Garland and Dawes not being on the park. Just don't think Dal is it.

Not part of the draft at all. Is similar to how we listed Maynard, and they do not take up a spot on the list. Not sure on numbers though

It's an interesting way of doing things. I wonder if he's second place in the Morrish Medal will increase his draft chances?

Was happy to see that Nev has been nominated for this award for his community work, along with Bartel, Harbrow and Hombsch. It's a great achievement to be nominated. Well done Nev http://m.afl.com.au/news/2016-09-04/four-finalists-revealed-for-jim-stynes-community-award

How about the guy who spewed all over himself during the Sydney game?

Zorko has come out and said they don't need a PP, with the top line talent they have coming through, but will take one if they AFL gives them one. Surely not the thing for a player to be saying

Someone took a picture of a whiteboard at the VFL the other day. Apparently had recruiting info about their women's team -
Who are the Dees chasing for 2017 and at what cost?

I think they meant in regards to the perception at the time. Mitch Clark was the big fish of that trade period, and his signing was supposedly huge for the club. Dom will be a better player easily, but was just another GWS mid being squeezed out -
This would be great, especially in a mentoring role to Goody, but he will probably stay with the pies

FWIW (probably not very much), Brad Hardie is still claiming Jesse is going back to Perth at the end of next year. http://www.theage.com.au/afl/fremantle-dockers/afl-silly-season-where-failure-gets-you-a-new-job-and-a-raise--except-suma-20160831-gr5hse.html "Jesse Hogan, I'm led to believe, is still telling people he's planning on returning to Perth at the end of next year." -
Either that, or Buckley gets the chop and Sanderson gets the gig Unlikely as a mate of Bucks, but you never know
-
Probably got it for free because holden is their sponsor

Yeah, going to Port, remember? -
I wonder whether Roos' initial reluctance was due to the Essendon Drugs saga, and Goodwin's part in it?

Scott Thompson - Would we welcome him back?
Mickey replied to The Backyard Charizard's topic in Melbourne Demons
If a year on field is required to get him in an assistant's role, it may be worth it. Another strong professional who can further entrench standards to a young group. He may be better than bernie for this. However, if he is keepin a Salem or Brayshaw from transitioning into the midfield, it's a no from me -
There was a thread, where most people were of the opinion he was going to collingwood as he is mates with Bucks

Would love to be a fly on the wall of a few exit interviews. Dunny, Garlo and Grimes would have to be... interesting
-
Seriously putting the injury moz on Gawn? What the actual [censored]?
-
Improved. Still a work in progress. Some dizzying highs and some disappointing lows. Saw some good signs from young guys like Hunt, Omac, Petracca, Clarry and others. Great to see the continued emergence of Viney and Gawn, as well as TMac and Tyson. But the highlight for me has been the emergence of Wattsy. Has always been a favourite of mine, and he has certainly repaid the faith this year. Couldn't be more rapt for him and the club
