Half time 4.7 to 0.2 better second quarter.

Half time for those playing at home. Good second quarter into the wind sees the Dee girls leading 31 - 2.

Hanks absolutely killing it. Hore very influential. Paxy, Chaplin, Fitzy and Macca doing ther thing.

Gabby looking good on return. Some good signs from Molly O, Riggers and Leila Ebert.

Hopefully we use the wind a bit better and finish the Tigers off in the third

I know I post this every week but …

Kate Hore is a star 💙❤️ we are so lucky she is in red and blue. Just super smart and classy. She tough too. 8 tackles in the first half. What a leader

And Tyla Hanks. Definitely an A grade player who deserves more recognition by the media. She’s a ripper player.

Much... I go away and they kick four goals

harris dropping back really shores us up defensively but we miss her as a focal point going forward

the blustery conditions making it difficult to execute cleanly

casey is just not a good location to play

It's on my tv but I'm going in & out.

How is rigoni going for her 2nd game?

Going ok without being overly involved. However she took an excellent intercept mark followed by a pinpoint centering pass. Looks to have a decent left foot on her

6.8 to 0.5 at 3/4 time, another solid quarter.

out i50 delivery has been ordinary.

the conditions a factor no doubt

lovely move heath to set up that goal

great transition play

taylor and ebert have been a revelation in defence this year for us

Rigoni taken a couple of strong marks

some good body work

How good is Hanks?????

Just love watching her play. She just gets in there & wants to win the ball. A bit like viney, see ball win ball

8.9 to 1.7 two minutes to go another strong win Kate Hore 2 goals and 12 tackles.👍

Another strong performance

Dees not being recognised to have at least 5 key players out !!

Agree that Ebert has been a valuable addition. She’s been solid.

Hore ️elite

Hanks ️elite

regulation win. far too strong for a limited tiges outfit

never hit the heights but we didn't need to.

hore and hanks to the fore as usual with contributions across the board

we're building nicely. hopefully we can get our full complement back because we have a great chance this year

north look the team to beat but we look best of the rest

57 to 20, a good percentage booster...

Oh.

What, you couldn't even manage one more behind to bring us to a neat 300?

This team is looking a bit special.

  • REPORT: North Melbourne

It’s late February. Two teams widely predicted to finish near the foot of the AFL table in 2026 face off against each other in sweltering 30-degree heat deep in outer suburbia in a match simulation with fresh new faces and uneven team numbers. There are no nearby sheep stations on offer; the result promises nothing more than bragging rights for the winner. Nevertheless, the loser appears hopelessly adrift, whereas the other seems to have found its footing after a couple of years of struggle – perhaps a hint at bigger things to come?

  • POSTGAME: North Melbourne

It was only a preseason match but the new look Demons spearheaded by new coach Steven King looked impressive as they put on a clinic against perennial cellar-dwellers North Melbourne as they cruised to an 80 point victory at Casey Fields.
