Who is Josh Worrell?

Crows gun backman, hit his straps this year.

Does Gawn get his 8th AA guernsy?

Going by the opening credits I think Daicos is a shoe in. I think 1 in every 5 or 6 th shot was a Daicos cameo. Pity it didn’t include one of his flops.

Fingers crossed Gawn gets the nod. The pessimist in me fears that the powers that be wouldn't want Gawn to share a record 8th AA blazer. He deserves it though. Great ruck stats this year and smashing it in contested possessions and marks.

First AFL award goes to Shaun Mannah best young player (at 28 years old) . Geelong doing Geelong things.

Should always go to under 22yo

Best young player award goes to someone at an age when many AFL careers almost done. Nuts.

He should.

He's also predicted 27 Brownlow votes on AFL site which is his best by far. He has always at least equaled his prediction since 2021 so perhaps a bit of smokie (for top 3) as the umps certainly notice him and with Trac and Oliver not taking a heap a way, however losing most games will hurt. Paying $150 for the win. Mcluggage another underated one who polls better than expected at $67.

Bailey Smith and Noah Anderson win the AFLCA.

  1. Glad it’s not Daicos

  2. How much did Geelong give up for Bailey Smith again? AFL needs to crack down on this player trade request non sense. I don’t feel for the Doggies but it annoys me that Geelong had to give up so little to get him.

Smith was out of contract wasn’t he?

So apparently a 28 year old is young player of the year WTAF

He was, but wasn’t a FA. Similar situation to LJ. There needs to be better compensation for clubs that are put to the sword.

Lol, Melksham and T Mac must be hitting peak years soon.

Yes but unfortunately when a player is out of contract it doesn’t give you much bargaining power. It’s why we see so many long term deals now.

It’s an absolute travesty if our Skipper doesn’t!
