The one way decisions a bit obvious now. Sports entertainment.

That’s their 3rd goal from non frees in the one quarter.

Ultra pathetic.

Field umpires this quarter: 3 goals, 2 behinds

It's mainly the one with the headband.

Think he must have grown up a C/Wood supporter.

shocking.

...and watching on Fox Howey is barracking for C/Wood. I've just turned off.

You don't want to get 23 and 32. Probably the two worst maggots this year.

Just turned on the Coll v Adel game 6 minutes before ¾ time.

A couple of absolute gift goals to Coll - insufficient intent, and a soft 50 for grabbing a magpie who pushed his opponent in the back in a marking contest.

Serious question - do the AFL audit Sportsbet accounts?

It's a good question...

Push in the back is non-existent when playing against the filth.

Among umpteen other rules of the game that are governed very diff when playing this mob.

Certainly there has been evidence of an umpire involvement in betting scandals. And that's just what we know of

Got swept under the carpet pretty quickly by the AFL once it came out in the media

Reshelly ... what a garbage game today

First kicking in danger free i’ve seen paid in around 15 years

Garry blatantly barracking for questionable frees / marks to the filth is so cringeworthy.

Like they need another supporter in the press etc. They get an armchair every time including from the umps. The game governed very diff for this mob.

Sad stuff from our ex great

Adelaide have had truckload of opportunities to blow Collingwood away, but can't kick through the big sticks. Very Melbourne-like.

Now the umpires imposing themselves upon the result, listening to the roar of the crowd

Agree. Pies have the umps and the crowd. They will be a huge premiership shot.

I’m calling upset afternoon

Port and Freo to get up

i feel it in me waters

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
