We could seek out Kane Farrel from Port, doesn't get as much attention as Bergman and is likely to miss out of a payday there.

Slots in well to replace McVee as a flanker with good skills. We need to target players in 24-28 age bracket and he's hitting his prime at 26.

From memory, haven't we had interest in him previously? Potentially misspeaking but I seem to recall us being linked to him loosely over the past few years.

Harris Andrews and Callum Wilkie are also in the top 5. Meaningless stat, just means they are taking the best forwards every week.

Who's been playing on Kossie the last month,you do know that Bowie,Rivers and Salem all get goals kicked on them and they aren't the best small forwards

With 5 weeks to go in the season, it is concerning, that a player is still not signing, after having an Offer from the club since last year and obviously several negotiations since.

Hopefully we get some good news soon.

Lever definitely spent a fair bit of time on Harvey. I think McVee was mostly on Curtis.

I was at that game and everytime I would look down back it was Rivers who was on Curtis.

We've got a significant hole ever since Michael Hibberd left the club.

We dont have that big medium defender that can take on the likes of Zurhaar, Dangerfield when up forward.

McVee has been poor this year unfortunately. How we let Ashton Mior kick 4 goals on the weekend is just appalling.

Howes form is lifting and may develop into the Hibberd type role. Surprised he wasn't selected against Carlton after being BOG at Casey the week before.

Surprised me as well. And the perfect protype defender suited well on Moir.

AMW could be our next Hibbo. He has similar traits with speed, aggression and his willingness to defend.

No. I don't think so. If McVee did play on him it was only at times. I'd say Turner was on him more often than others.

I really really dislike Carlton's list but I really like Moir.

That's not to excuse at all. We shouldn't be letting talented six-gamers kick four goals at any time, let alone when we're playing half a VFL team.

Not only is AMW smaller then Hibberd but he is more suited to the dangerous smalls such as Charlie Cameron, Rankine, Nick Watson, Willie Rioli types. He'd match them for speed and aggression.

Hibberd had a good blend of being able to play on the smalls but could also sit on Dusty Martin, Patrick Dangerfield or a Toby Greene because he had strength and frame to able to match it with those bigger bodied type meduim forwards.

I see AMW as a Mathew Whelan type lock down defender who would play on the likes of Stephen Milne and Jeff Farmer types.

Twice this year we've had Cam Zurhaar get hold of us simply because we had no decent match up on him. Kind of player that Hibberd would have easily locked down on.

The cherry on top for Hibbo was that booming left foot kick that could easily hit a target 60m away
