Looks like we have put the cue in the rack for 2024. No effort being shown & they look totally disinterested.

@binman was still doubting we were done last week. Hopefully we can now focus on season 2025.

Just watching Garcia get into Oliver off the ball & koltyn just stepped right in and stuck up for his teamate.

So why would it be ok in the last two rounds to cue in the rack it - considering the context of injury and where we are at - but not now? It makes not a jot of difference - and we’ll stick with pick 6 thanks 🤩

Yeah you gotta love that stuff when the chips are down. Character

Viney and Oliver have been absolutely abysmal.

Our midfield is literally Trent Rivers right now, insane.

So many unlikeable little [censored] in the Dogs team. Hope they get thrashed in the finals by GWS or Freo.

We've been beat up tonight.

At least Turner is showing something

Turner is gonna be a player

Yet Goodwin starts him as the sub.

Empires rise and fall.

The dogs star has shone again.

Maybe we will next year.

Need some savvy recruiting this time in terms of second hand players.

And a lot on our list need to pull their fingers out.

And some good luck. Some big injuries this year and all the wrong times.

We live in hope as Dees fans again I guess.

This season can go and get ....

Including the umps

2025 here we come.

And one heck of a pre-season

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
