Hard to argue ‘high impact’ when the player is already training and cleared to fly to Perth and play less than 6 days after the incident.

Out of curiosity, under the laws is there a level above high impact?

That still frame from last night showing that his eyes were clearly on the ball and millimetres from the ball surely clears him. It should be that quick!
