MY TOP DOZEN CURRENT DEMONS

Featured Replies

Not in any order but here are my thoughts. Love to see others choosing too.

Gawn,Oliver,Petracca,Salem,May,Lever, Viney,Brayshaw,Neal Bullen,Langdon,Fritsch, and Jackson.

Think it does a disservice to the other 10 guys on the field - a Spargo smother, a Kossie chase, a Hunt run and support.

The suB, the rest  busting it for Casey and those out with OHS

Skipper, Clarry the Beast, Trac the Bull, Jake "Rick" Lever, Steven "the General" May, Christian "Clean Skills" Salem, BBB, Luke "Dogga" Jackson, Harrison "The Wall" Petty, Jake "Undefeated" Bowey, Jack "Mongrel" Viney, Bayley Fritsch

Honorable mentions : Spargo, ANB,Rivers, Hunt, Langdon ( I really want him in my 12 but hard to remove one of the above), Brayshaw.

I think I need a top 18 😂😂

Radar, I quite agree with your thoughts, but I did not in any way want to discredit the others. I guess I was saying if a team consisted of just 12 players they would have been my pick. Bowey, Petty,  Kozzie, Sparrow along with others have huge potential. We are just blessed with so many good players. How many teams past or present could lose a third of their Premiership team and still comfortably hold off a tough team like the Hawks?

Love this! okay mine in order.

1. Max Gawn (clearly the best at his position, and has been for a long time)

2. Clayton Oliver (Will retire as Melbournes greatest ever midfielder.

3. Christian Petracca (His best is up there with the best of any player i've ever seen)

4. Steven May (Just ultra consistent, rarely gets beaten

5. Ed Langdon (Such an important cog in our success)

6. Jake Lever

7. Christian Salem

8. Angus Brayshaw ( Wanted to put him higher, ultimate team player.

9. Jack Viney  ( the fact a bloke this good is 9 explains why we're going the way we're going

10. Ben Brown

11. Harry Petty

12. Alex Neal-Bullen.

The fact this list was as tough as it is really highlights the scary depth of quality we have. we have 20 blokes who could walk in and be in the first few picks at most clubs.

1. Clarry

2. Gawn

3. Trac

4. May

5. Lever

6. Salem

7. Langdon

8. Brayshaw

9. Fritsch

10. Viney

11. Jackson

12. Neal Bullen

Isn't it great we have the best captain in 50 years who dominated in the finals and none of us really know who is the best out of Max, Oliver or truck

I think it's Oliver but their is a good argument for all 3.

My Top 10. in order.
1. Oliver
2. Gawn
3. Petracca
4. May
5. Lever
6. Salem
7. Langdon
8. Viney
9. Fritsch

The Demons have a player by the name of Jackson who would walk into that 12..  fyi: I have placed Jackson in your 12 at 7.5
